Fight Club​
Welcome to Fight Club, a physical workout like no other where you can expect to burn between 5-600 calories while toning your whole body including your cardiovascular system.

Fight Club is a unique combination workout merging Boxing training techniques with High Intensity Interval Training in rounds, just like boxing, but split into fast and slow intervals like HiiT and with a short Yoga session at the end to stretch and warm down.

Fight Club training takes place every Tuesday 7PM-8PM at Whittlebury Primary Scool, Whittlebury, Towcester. Please message us via our Facebook page below with any questions.

There's no need to book, just turn up, gloves and pads a will be provided and it's suitable for anyone of any fitness level from age 14 - 114! 

Sessions are £5 per week paid monthly in advance. Wear sports clothes, trainers, bring water, a small sweat towel and a Yoga mat or towel. See you there!
